Dozens of civilians were killed this morning in a series of continued Israeli airstrikes on Rafah and Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip, bringing the death toll across the enclave since the early hours of the day to 30, Wafa reports according to medical sources.
Wafa correspondents reported three Palestinians were killed and several others injured when Israeli forces struck a vehicle east of Khan Younis.
In another attack, a citizen was killed in an Israeli drone strike on the Al-Nasr neighbourhood, north of Rafah. Meanwhile, two more people were killed in an Israeli bombardment targeting displaced people in the Tal Al-Sultan neighbourhood to the west of the city.
Additionally, several others sustained injuries after Israeli occupation forces hit a house belonging to the Shaat family in the Al-Nasr neighbourhood of northern Rafah.
Meanwhile, Israeli artillery continues to shell farmland in the Abu Safiya area, east of Jabalia, in the northern Gaza Strip, as well as areas in nearby Beit Hanoun.
