AN Assistant Attache of the Thai Consulate-General in Karachi, Miss Pontip, was found dead at her residence in the PECH Society yesterday [Sept 8] morning. The body was lying on the floor with blood oozing out of her mouth. The telephone receiver was also stated to be found dangling. According to police, Miss Pontip was residing alone... . … Preliminary investigations by the police revealed that she committed suicide. But the sources maintained that there was no circumstantial evidence as yet to establish it.
