KARACHI: Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf visited the units deployed in sea and creeks areas to review the ongoing maritime exercise SeaSpark 2026.

During his visit, Admiral Ashraf interacted with the personnel involved in the comprehensive exercise. He commended their professional competence, high morale and unwavering dedication to maintaining a strong naval defence posture.

This exercise is conducted on a biennial basis and aims to prepare the naval forces to handle emerging threats and challenges.

This year’s exercise emphasises the integration of modern information systems, multi-dimensional operations and automated technologies. Sea Spark Exercise 2026 testifies to Pakistan Navy’s commitment to enhancing its strategic capabilities and ensuring robust maritime security. As geopolitical tensions and technological advancements transform the global maritime landscape, such exercises are crucial for maintaining regional stability and security.
