QUETTA: An earthquake of 3.8 magnitude jolted Pak-Afghan border district of Chaman and surrounding areas, causing panic among the people.
According to Seismological Centre, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 12 kilometres, with its epicentre located near Chaman.
Soon after the earthquake hit the area, people came out of their homes and shops and gathered in open places.
No loss of life or damage to property was reported in the earthquake.
