Iran made a proposal to US but I rejected it, Trump confirms

US President Donald Trump has said that Iran made a proposal to the United States, but he rejected it.

“They made a proposal, but I rejected it,” he told reporters before departing White House for Knoxville.

The remarks come after Tehran said it conveyed a seven-day plan, setting out conditions for ending the war and reopening Hormuz.
