LARKANA: A woman was killed in Madah Khakhrani village, within the jurisdiction of the Keti Mumtaz police station, on Sunday, when a pistol went off in the house by accident.
The victim was identified as Ms Naheed, wife of Nadeem Khakhrani.
SHO Ali Hassan Abro of the Keti Mumtaz police station said the woman was doing housework when her brother-in-law, Raja Khakhrani, was cleaning a pistol nearby. The weapon accidentally discharged, and the bullet struck her, resulting in her death.
