Iran’s FM Abbas Araghchi is scheduled to speak soon to Qatari mediators in New York (morning local time), Iran’s state-run IRNA reports.
“The talks are anticipated to centre on the most recent updates regarding the back-and-forth messaging between Iran and the United States,” IRNA said.
It recalled that last Tuesday, Iran made its positions and requirements clear to the American side via the Qatari mediator.
Earlier, IRNA quoted an unnamed source close to the UN delegation as saying there were no more direct talks with the US scheduled.
