Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi met with United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres in New York on the final day of his visit and discussed regional developments, state media reports.
Araghchi outlined the consequences of the US and Israeli military attacks against Iran, stressing that the United Nations and its member states should not remain indifferent to violations of the UN Charter by the United States and should condemn its unlawful interventionist actions and threats.
The Iranian foreign minister also referred to the US and Israeli attacks during the negotiations and the continuation of the aggressive actions, emphasizing Iran’s determination to defend its national sovereignty and territorial integrity.
