The action/animated movie “Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths Part 3” should not be missed at any cost. If you were waiting for the part, it won’t disappoint and if you are still unaware of its existence, go and watch the first two parts, before you feel alien among friends once the school resumes in mid-August.
The movie, the third and final part of the trilogy, has all the action and the superheroes you have ever seen. Here the superhero alliance finds the mole who leaked the information to the anti-matter and finds a solution for ending the Anti-Monitor, who nearly succeeded in ending all surviving Earths in the multiverse.
The first part revolved around the Flash, the second part had Psycho Pirate and Supergirl in the lead, and the third part relied heavily on the shoulders of Constantine. Shown as the man somewhat responsible for the entire confusion, the directors made sure that the final part brought every character to complete its arc. Appearing in 1985 in comics, Crisis on Infinite Earths concluded in 1986. DC decided to turn comics into movies and soon, both parts gained the attention of DC fans. Finally, the third part was bound to do justice to the Justice League.
The Part 3 concluded Tomorrowverse in style. It was a huge task for the writer/director to bring all the ‘problems’ created over the entire DC universe under one umbrella and let Constantine explain how he planned it all to end. You get to see Justice Leagues, Justice Society, Batman from different timelines, Green Lanterns, Legion of Super-heroes, and even the very first Super friends in the final minutes of the animated adventure wrapping up the Tomorrowverse.
Starting in 2020 with Superman: Man of Tomorrow, the Tomorrowverse received a very special send-off by the makers. Jeff Wamester directed eight of the ten animated movies part of the Tomorrowverse and did an astonishing job. It sometimes felt like the Marvel Avengers movies, where Thanos vanished half of the superheroes in Infinity War, only to be brought back, which resulted in his eventual defeat in the End Game.
This movie marks the final performance of Kevin Conroy as Batman and Mark Hamill as The Joker. What began in 1993, ended in a nostalgic showdown, when the late Kevin Conroy as Batman, fought out at the climax, the character of Mark Hamill’s Joker. Kevin Conroy, the original voice of Batman, died in November 2022, while Hamill announced retirement from the role after Kevin’s death.
If you ever had a query regarding the previous DC movies, this part answered all of them. Why did the heroes leave the Darksied alive? The film gave a proper ending to the DC animated Tomorrowverse, where good wins over evil.
