RAWALPINDI: Girl students clinched the top three positions while a boy shared the third position in the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi intermediate annual examination 2026.
BISE Rawalpindi Chairman Prof Dr Iqbal Mehmood announced the top positions in the intermediate annual examination on Tuesday while complete results will be announced on Wednesday (today).
According to the announced results, Atfa Javed from Punjab College for Women, Satellite Town, secured the first position with 1,156 marks, while Noor Fatima Sajid from the same college bagged the second position with 1,151 marks. Nabiha Iman from Punjab College for Women, Talagang, and Muneeb Shah from Punjab College Satellite Town, shared the third position across the division with 1,142 marks.
As far as group-wise positions are concerned, in the humanities group, Zohaib Imran from Dar-ul-Uloom Muhammadiyya Razviyya, Pind Dadan Khan secured the first position with 1,013 marks; Jawad Mahmood Malik from the same madressah achieved the second position with 996 marks and Abdul Qadeer, a private student from Lalazar, Rawalpindi, bagged the third position with 994 marks.
Top two positions secured by girls; male student shares third position with girl
In the humanities group for female students, Asma Aamir from Government Degree College for Women, Jhanda Chichi, Rawalpindi, secured the first position with 1,074 marks; Sumayya Asma from Cambridge International Science College for Girls, Talagang, took second place with 1,065 marks and Alishba Farooq from Government Associate College for Women, Tamman, Talagang, achieved the third position with 1,064 marks.
In the pre-medical group for boys, Mohammad Bin Jalil from KIPS College for Boys, 6th Road, Rawalpindi, secured the first position with 1,130 marks; Mohammad Wasil Munim from Punjab College of Science, Talagang, took the second position with 1,113 marks and Mohammad Talha Arif from Cadet College Fatehjang Higher Secondary School secured the third position with 1,109 marks.
In the pre-medical group for girls, Atfa Javed from Punjab College for Women, Satellite Town, secured the first position with 1,156 marks, followed by Noor Fatima Sajid from the same college who obtained 1,151 marks and Kursama Tanzeel of Punjab Girls College of Science and Commerce, Pindigheb, secured the third position with 1,135 marks.
In the pre-engineering group for male students, Mohammad Ibrahim Ali of Punjab College, Gujar Khan, secured the first position with 1,120 marks; Mohammad Rehan Ali of Punjab College Satellite Town, secured the second position with 1,119 marks and Ali of Concordia College for Boys, Kallar Syedan, secured the third position with 1,118 marks.
Meanwhile, in the pre-engineering group for female students, Nabiha Iman of Punjab College for Women, Talagang, secured the first position with 1,142 marks; Kanza Babar from the same college secured the second position with 1,113 marks and Asifa Arshad Abbasi of Divisional Public Higher Secondary School (Girls Branch), Murree Road, Rawalpindi, secured the third position with 1,107 marks.
In the general science group for male students, Muneeb Shah of Punjab College D-9 Campus, Satellite Town, secured the first position with 1,142 marks, Mohammad Sameer Nasir of Royal College of Science for Boys, Chakwal, secured the second position with 1,121 marks and Mansoor Ashiq of Lawrence College, Ghora Gali, Murree, came in third with 1,120 marks.
Similarly, in the general science group for female students, Sana Maryam from Superior College for Girls, Fatehjang, secured the first position with 1,140 marks, Tahreem Shahid from Royal College of Science for Girls, Chakwal, secured the second position with 1,125 marks and Faryal Fatima from Kallar Kahar Higher Secondary School for Girls, Pind Dadan Khan, secured the third position with 1,120 marks.
In the commerce group for male students, Balaj Javed from Superior College of Commerce, Sixth Road, secured the first position with 1,099 marks; Mohammad Irtaza from the same college secured the second position with 1,084 marks and Mohammad Ali from Punjab College D-9 Campus, Satellite Town, secured the third position with 1,074 marks.
In the commerce group for female students, Aneeqa Yasmeen from Superior College for Girls, Fatehjang and Sara Khan from Punjab College for Women, Satellite Town, jointly secured the first position with 1,086 marks. Mustabsha from Rawalpindi College of Commerce for Girls, Siddiqui Chowk, secured the second position with 1,074 marks and Kiran Ramzan from Punjab College for Women, Gujar Khan, bagged the third position with 1,048 marks.
