GWADAR: The bullet-riddled bodies of three Afghan nationals were found in the Garok River in the Turbat area of Kech district.

Police said an Afghan national was also found injured in the river the other day.

Officials at Jussak police station said local residents spotted the bodies and informed the local administration about the dumping of the remains.

Police immediately rushed to the site and recovered three bodies along with an injured man.

The bodies and the injured man were shifted to Turbat hospital, where the injured was identified as Abdul Aziz, while the deceased were identified as Salim Akbar, Sher Agha Khan and Najeeb-Uddin.

Quoting hospital officials, police said the bodies appeared to be around three days old. Further investigation was under way.
